About Us

Growing up in Brooklyn, NY, my family’s kitchen was a place of endless possibilities. It was where I discovered my passion for cooking and the joy of sharing delicious meals with those I loved. Whether we were experimenting with new flavors or recreating traditional recipes, the kitchen was always full of energy and excitement.
I remember the times we laughed until we cried while baking cookies, and the holiday parties that began with chicken croquettes and ended with full hearts and satisfied stomachs. Our kitchen was a gateway to the world, and we explored new cultures through food, traveling to Guatemala with scrumptious tamales and dreaming of Puerto Rico with warm bowls of sancocho.
Over the years, we celebrated birthdays with elaborate cakes, holidays with succulent hams, and summers with juicy kebobs. And even as our family grew, our kitchen always made room for more. It was in this kitchen that I honed my skills as a chef and developed a deep appreciation for the art of cooking.
Now, as the owner of Chop Cook Cake recreational cooking school in Brooklyn, I am excited to share my passion with others. Our kitchen is a place where you can discover new flavors, learn new skills, and make unforgettable memories with family and friends. Come join us and explore the world of culinary arts, from exotic dishes to classic favorites. Together, we’ll create meals that are not only delicious but also a reflection of our shared love for food and cooking.
